Frontier educators come from the world's best schools

The community
The Frontier Class
There is a growing community of educators who believe in teaching at the frontier with AI — and that the work of this moment is making teachers more irreplaceable.
Nominated
You were nominated.
Somebody who knows the work pointed at you and said: this person is shaping what teaching can be. That's how you got here. Five hundred educators across the world are in this circle with you — the people we'll be building alongside, learning from, and pointing to when the conversation turns to what good teaching looks like now.
Community perks
- Mindjoy's Educator Agent
- AI Literacy courses for your school
- Personalised AI Readiness & Rollout Plan
Shortlisted
You're on the wall.
One hundred educators whose practice, voice, or thinking we want the rest of the field to see — because they're obsessed with the student experience. Your name and school live on the Frontier Class Wall as a way to celebrate the work being done, by people like you. You'll sit in invite-only conversations with the educators redefining the field.
Community perks
- Everything Nominated educators get
- Live panels with leading global educators
- Frontier Class community events
- Public recognition on the Wall of Fame
The Inner Circle
You're in the room where it's figured out.
Fifty educators — the ones we're building the future of teaching with, not for. You'll run live experiments in your own classroom, get a research grant to fund the work, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with peers who are answering the same questions you are: What does great teaching look like in the age of AI? What does it mean to be irreplaceable? This isn't a programme you complete. It's a cohort you join.
Community perks
- Everything Shortlisted educators get
- $150 research grant for applied teaching-and-learning research
- Ongoing Mindjoy access
- Hands-on workshops with leading educators
- Live experiments and peer research sessions
- Bespoke school integration support
- Peer network of the world's fifty Frontier educators
Who it's for
The educators already in the work.
We're looking for the ones their colleagues quietly copy. The ones their students remember ten years later. The ones who saw AI coming and decided to lead instead of hide.
You're who we're looking for if:
- You've built something — a tutor, a workflow, an awesome simulation or experience — with AI in your own classroom.
- Your students show up differently because of it, and you're focused on the ethos and student values.
- You're tired of being told AI will replace you, and you want a room of peers who know it won't — but believe a teacher's role looks very different in the future.
From the founder
Incredible educators are change agents.
I started Mindjoy because of a study that's haunted me for years — and a question inside it that almost everyone has misread.
In 1984, Benjamin Bloom published a finding that one-on-one tutoring produces two standard deviations of learning improvement over a conventional classroom. The 50th percentile becoming the 98th. He called it the Two Sigma Problem.
Every technologist since has read that and heard: “Replace the classroom with AI tutors.”
But here's what they missed — and what you only notice if you've actually been a teacher: most people are social learners. The classroom isn't a bug. It's the mechanism. Students learn through discussion, through watching a peer figure something out, through making their thinking visible and being changed by what comes back.
“The 2 Sigma Problem: The Search for Methods of Group Instruction as Effective as One-to-One Tutoring.”
— Benjamin Bloom, 1984
Bloom's actual question — the title of the paper — was: “How do we make group instruction as effective as one-to-one tutoring?” Not how do we replace the group. How do we make it better, from the inside.
The answer is an educator who has the intelligence of a personal tutor about every student in the room, in real time. That's what Mindjoy builds for. Not AI that replaces the teacher. AI that makes the teacher the most powerful version of themselves they've ever been.
The Frontier Class is how we find the educators who already understand this — and fund them to build what comes next.
If that's you — or someone you know — put a name forward.

Reclaiming Time for What Matters Most
“I used to feel I had to mark everything and provide feedback on every piece of work myself. Now, I have a helper. AI handles the heavy lifting, freeing me up to focus on what matters most.”
